JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that injured Ramdeo Mahto sustained burn injury caused by acid and there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he threw acid on Ramdeo Mahto, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Khodabandpur P.S.Case No. 83 of 2014, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Begusarai stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
