The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner was apprehended along with one Jai Prakash Rai, from whose house stolen Hero Honda Motorcycle bearing registration No.2955625 was recovered. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 27.8.2014.

Considering the fact that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has remained in jail for about ten months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19853 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No.267 of 2014.
