2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 414, 272, 273 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, 35 liters of spirit was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he was not arrested at the spot and there is no recovery from his conscious possession as the liquor was found from the opposite side of his house on road.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2022.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is accused in ten more cases.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Court No. 01, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021.

10. As a condition of this order, the petitioner will visit Piprakothi Police Station on every Sunday after he is being released on bail. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
