The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.216 of 2014 registered under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the husband of the complainant-opposite party no.2 and has falsely been implicated in this case due to misunderstanding. It is further submitted that the petitioner is still ready to keep the complainant-opposite party no.2 with full honour and dignity. The petitioner is in jail custody since 17.01.2015.

No.17930 of 2015 (4) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Banka, in connection with Complaint Case No.216 of 2014.
