2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Lalganj P. S. Case No. 397 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126, 109, 352, 351(3), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., informant alleges that the named accused persons, including this petitioner, had argument with the informant as they were smoking cigarette at his shop in presence of female customers. Upon objection, the accused persons assaulted informant and took cash from the cash box.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Rest of the allegations are super addition. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that similarly situated coaccused, namely, Rohit Kumar, having similar allegation, has been denied the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 91596 of 2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
