This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 341, 342, 353, 307, 333, 338, 120B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Officer-in-charge of Angharghat Police Station of district-Samastipur is the informant of the case. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, referring to the First Information Report, has submitted that the allegation of commission of offence, as alleged

He has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angharghat P.S.
