Patna High Court CWJC No.4599 of 2009 (9) dt.22-10-2016 to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum/court/authority for grant of an appropriate relief to the petitioner with respect to the lands in question. Permission is accorded.
