2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 188 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of E.C. Act.
3. As per allegation, the informant got an information that the petitioner had taken thumb impression of consumers for the food-grains of two months and distributed the food-grains of only one month. On this information, he reached at the shop of the petitioner and after verification, he found only 200 kg of wheat and 21945 kg of rice in place 5248 kg and 1800 kg respectively.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, the license of the shop has been cancelled.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 188 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
6. The learned court below shall accept the bail bond provisionally for three months and shall verify his criminal antecedent. If the petitioner is found involved in any other case, his bail bond shall not be confirmed. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
