The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The looted motorcycle was recovered from the possession of other co-accused. The petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade and he is in jail since 26.12.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
