Petitioner is accused in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 registered under Sections 307 and 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 21014 of 2020 on 21.09.2020 with observation that liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further he submits that charge has already been framed (Annexure-1) and petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5964 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No. 166 of 2020 arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020.
