JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No.385 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 2.6.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15387 of 2014.

It has been contended that though the petitioner is in custody for about one year and ten months but till date charge has not been framed. The case is pending for framing of charge. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18317 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gays in connection with Trial No.3448 of 2013 arising out of Civil Line P.S. Case No.385 of 2013.
