JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the father and brother of the husband of the victim are languishing in jail since 07.01.2016 and 07.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant and her infant child by administering poison within two years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim and the petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim.
