JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 2 and the Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.

It is further directed that in case, any admitted dues are found payable by the Respondent No. 2, the same shall be paid

Patna High Court CWJC No.2995 of 2018(2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 within a period of eight weeks of disposal of the representation of the petitioner herein failing which the admitted dues payable to the petitioner shall carry an interest of 18% per annum.
