The petitioner is not named in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code for theft of a motorcycle, but it appears that the stolen motorcycle, bearing registration no. BR4J-9274, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 13.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 71⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 291 of 2014.
