This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tekari P.S. Case No. 214 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the age of the petitioners and also the injury sustained by the injured, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58442 of 2021(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Tekari P.S.
