The petitioner seeks bail in Bochaha P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1b)A/26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended by the police along with other accused persons and it is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 10.12.2014 and he has remained in jail for about seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18376 of 2015 (3) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Smt. Divya Vashishtha, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Bochaha P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014.
