Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the advertisement of the Commission the petitioner has filed his objection for consideration of the case for appointment agaisnt the unfilled vacancies of 34540.

He submits that writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the Commission to consider his case in accordance with law and the direction of the Apex Court. It goes without saying that the Commission has invited objection in order to fill-up unfilled vacancies in terms of the direction of the Apex Court then the Commission is expected to consider the case of the petitioner alongwith other eligible

Patna High Court CWJC No.1570 of 2018(2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 candidates in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
