The petitioner seeks bail in Brahampura P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have been apprehended while making an attempt to commit theft in the house of the informant for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Brahampura P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015.
