2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 195 of 2023, arising out of Baunsi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022 dated 13.12.2022 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27564 of 2023 with liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He further submits that due to miscommunication this argument has come that the charge has not framed whereas charge has already been framed, which is apparent from Annexure-3 of the petition.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail but submits that charge has already been framed.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with S.T. No. 195 of 2023, arising out of Baunsi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
