In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 302, 201, 201(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of the victim was solemnized with one Ram Jee Singh and second marriage was done on 4th May 2015 along with her own sister, namely, Kunti Devi who has married with the present petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that Meena Devi died on natural death in which the informant and other family members have participated but wrongly all the family members of the petitioner have been made accused. The petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20453 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 is brother-in-law of the victim Meena Devi and has nothing to do with the death of Meena Devi but has wrongly been roped in the present case.

As it appears that all the family members of the petitioner have been made accused in the present case, looking to the relationship, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014.
