Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.216 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a)/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the recovery was made from the paddy field which is far away from the house of the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.3355 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.216 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
