2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the bail petition of this petitioner was rejected by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2025.

3. A report was called from the learned trial Court regarding the present stage of trial. The learned trial Court has reported that in this case, all the charge-sheet witnesses have been examined. The statement of the accused was also recorded on 04.12.2025 and the case is pending for defence evidence as per report dated 08.12.2025. This goes to show that the trial is at its fag end.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54401 of 2025(6) dt.18-02-2026 2/2 this stage and, as such, his prayer for bail stands again rejected.
