JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The Ashok Paper Mills P.S.Case No. 85 of 2012 was registered on the complaint filed by the informant. According to the present case, the informant's son was taken away by the petitioner and other accused on pretext to provide him a job in Delhi but thereafter, the son of the informant became traceless. Admittedly, the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has been submitted. No doubt, the victim is still said to be traceless but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
