On 12.1.2018, this case was adjourned on the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner has died, requires substitution but, it appears that no substitution application has been filed till date from the side of the petitioner. From the counter affidavit, it appears that the entire payment has been made to the petitioner by the Khadi Board and there is no outstanding dues against that Institution where he was working and superannuated from service.
