Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that in course of investigation, statement of all three victims were recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which , they have nowhere stated about the involvement of the petitioner rather they stated that they had gone along with other accused by their own sweet will.

Considering the submission of the parties as well as statements of victims, recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
