JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have established physical relation with the informant in the year, 2010 when the informant was allegedly, minor but subsequently, in 2015, the petitioner solemnized his marriage with the informant but later on, the informant was deserted by the petitioner.

The informant filed complaint case, which was converted into present case which has been lodged for the offence punishable under Sections-493, 376 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10308 of 2016 (2) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhabilapur P.S.
