The writ application prays for a direction to the respondents to add the name of sole land donor in the name of Government Middle School, Jaharmohra, Block-Rajnagar, District-Madhubani.

Upon placing the statements in the counter affidavit, Mr. Mishra has rightly submitted that the respondents-State have
