The petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased, who was residing at her in-laws house since the time of her marriage. The informant who happens to be father of the deceased, expressed his suspicion against the petitioner and other accused on the ground that wife of the deceased had illicit relation with her brother-in-law. Admittedly, the dead body of the deceased was not found in the house of the petitioner rather the dead body was found outside the house and not a single prosecution witness has claimed to have seen the alleged occurrence.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3073 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saur Bazar P.S.
