The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 20.06.2012 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 16509/12 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2012 after his surrender but trial has not been concluded to which the learned APP opposes by submitting that from the report of the learned Trial Judge, it reveals that the trial is in progress and it is likely to be concluded within two months. In the facts and circumstances stated above finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail again the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with S. Tr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12157 of 2016 (3) dt.04-05-2016 No. 239 of 12 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 104/11 pending in the court of learned IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua.
