The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 364 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the allegation that the petitioner forcibly took away a deaf and dumb girl aged 11 years and committed rape, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by the order of this Court. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
