2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 427, 384, 385, 386, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, petitioner alongwith co-accused Kush Yadav and other 8-10 unknown persons exploded bomb on boundary of informant and opened fire and also demanded rangdari of Rs. 25,00,000/-.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged against this petitioner only with a view to put undue pressure on the petitioner's side. Though, there is allegation of exploding bomb and firing against this petitioner, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 171 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
