That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to stop the construction of private road over the public Well which is

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to paragraph no. 10 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 6 to submit that at the moment it has been decided to safeguard the well in question as also at present there is no scheme for construction of the road over the well.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be so, the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
