The petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased and it is stated that the deceased left his house in the company of the petitioner and others prior to the alleged occurrence and furthermore, it is also stated that the petitioner and other accused had taken some money from the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bathnaha P.S.
