Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation their names surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Ashok Tanti and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioners. So far as criminal antecedent of petitioners is concerned, it is pointed out that petitioners were arrested by the police in Banka P.S. Case no. 552/2015 and after that they have been made accused in several cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
