The petitioner is in custody in connection with Industrial Area (Bgp.) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot in the house of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The police after investigation has not submitted charge sheet against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.5.2019.
