The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 402 of 2020 registered under Section 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is a licensee dealer of fertilizer. He further contended that petitioner has not violated the provision of Fertilizer Control Order. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
