Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 9-4-2024 in Cr. Misc No. 27013 of 2024 with a condition that the learned trial court before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in the event if it is found that the petitioner has more than two antecedents, in that event, the present anticipatory bail order shall not be given effect to. 3.

It is next submitted that petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 9-4-2024 in Cr. Misc No. 27013 of 2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52398 of 2024(3) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 surrendered in time, accordingly, the learned trial court called for a report with respect to the criminal antecedents of the petitioner from Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari, but the same was not received and in the meantime, six weeks time expired as such the petitioner has filed the instant modification application seeking extension of time. It is also submitted that after the time of surrender expired, the police submitted the criminal antecedents of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in the event if the petitioner surrenders on or before 12-8-2024, his bail bonds shall be accepted, if petitioner has antecedent of two cases only. 5.
