That in this writ application, the petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate writ/ order/ direction in the nature of mandamus against the respondents for:- (i) Directing the respondent no.3 to approve and regularize the service of the petitioner as Choukidar with effect from the date of his working i.e. 15.02.1998 and may be quashed Annexure -1 which letter No. 165 dated 9.3.2013.
Patna High Court CWJC No.23484 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 ii. Directing the respondent authorities to approve and regularize the service of the petitioner as Chaukidar with effect from the date of his working i.e.
15.02.1998.
iii.Directing the respondents to pay the salary and other emoluments to the petitioner along with arrears of salary with effect from the date of joining and also grant consequential benefits to the petitioner."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, in case the same still subsists. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
