The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing dacoity in a petroleum dealership of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused Ranjeet Mishra. Statement has been made in para 9 of the petition that no recovery has been made from the petitioner and supplementary affidavit has been filed to the effect that the petitioner has not been put on TIP.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18734 of 2015 (02) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015.

Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two eventualities.
