JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in custody since 19.01.2016 in a case complaint case wherein processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 2024 of 2012.
