The petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents to create Jamabandi i.e. Dakhil-Kharij in name of the petitioner for the land ceiling percha in relation to a land situated in Mouza-Aurahi, Thana No. 201, Anchal-Kusheshwar Asthan, District-Darbhanga pertaining to Khata No. 123, Khesra No. 301, Area-1 Acre.

The grievance of the petitioner in a narrow compass is that despite his application pending for the last nine

Considering the limited grievance as prayed by the petitioner, of which the State has no objection to it, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Block- Kusheshwar Asthan, Darbhanga (Respondent No.4) to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass a final order.

If the petitioner files a fresh application alongwith the document in support of his claim, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Circle Officer, BlockKusheshwar Asthan, Darbhanga (Respondent no. 4), preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
