Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was caught by the police along with stolen motorcycle and thereafter, he was remanded in this case.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is cattle trader and, as a matter of fact, when he could not grease the palm of police officer, he was falsely implicated in this case and nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Sheohar P.S.
