The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown miscreant had stolen away the motorcycle of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner has no knowledge that the motorcycle in question is stolen property. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of one year in custody from 11.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year in custody from 11.09.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. case No.625 of 2016.
