Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-- 25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 13-12-2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 216 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Choudhary, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Madhepura. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
