In this case petitioner is seeking bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 334 of 204 registered under sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. According to the prosecution case petitioner was apprehend at the spot. One country made single barrel gun and three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been roped in this case only on previous enmity with Dukho Yadav. There is case and counter case from both sides. Petitioner is in jail since 14.11.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19355 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 Considering the period of incarceration petitioner Niranjan Mandal is directed to be enlarged on bail on 15th July 2015 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2014.
