Taking into consideration that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor petitioner does have any criminal antecedent and the informant only claimed to have seen the petitioner fleeing from the place of occurrence, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Khyati Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 713 of 2014.
