The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakia P. S. Case No. 37 of 2017 instituted under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Tabrez Alam and the informant's daughter eloped away but all family members have been implicated falsely in this case and petitioners are parent's of Tabrez Alam and they have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Amiruddin @ Amirullah and Shahnaz Begum, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53080 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-13th, East Champaran at Motihri in connection with ChakiaP.S.Case No. 37 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
