In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 470 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioners were using filthy language looking to the daughter of the informant, upon which his wife obstructed them not to use such type of language, whereupon the petitioners came to his home holding iron Kanti and inflicted Kanti blow on the head of the informant. It has also been alleged that his daughter was also assaulted by the petitioners.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
