Petitioner seeks bail in Motipur P.S.Case No.273 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 IPC.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim Chanda Kumari but the victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. disclosing that she left her house and went along with the petitioner out of her free-will.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S.Case No. 273 of 2014.
