The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399, 402 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the Arms Act and the NDPS Act. The police apprehended five persons Kavindra Rai, Mantun Kumar alias Mantu Paswan, Abhijit Kumar alias Abhijit Choudhary, Mahesh Gosai and Ranjit Gosai. They are said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner and others. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not arrested on the spot and he is in jail since 8.1.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
